Donations On 24 th June, 2008 – Brotherhood Day

TLL No 43 celebrated Brotherhood day with Baroda Lodge 239 by donating Rs. 1,55,000.00 to various hospitals and NGO's. Further TLL No. 43 honoured their senior brethren by planning trees in their name.

TLL No. 43 and Baroda Lodge celebrated Brotherhood day with a difference. Besides donating Rs. 15500.00 we also planted trees. W.Bro. Dilip Choksi suggested to plant tress on brotherhood day, labeling the trees by the name of senior brethren so that we can remember them for years to come and achieve a greener Vadodara.

Lipid Profile – Save Your Heart Camp
25th May 2008

On 25 th May 2008 TLL No. 43 in conjunction with Baroda Heart Research Institute Centre (BHRIC) conducted SAVE YOUR HEART CAMP. 315 person's blood was checked for LIPID Profile (Cholesterol, Tri-glycerides e/t/c/). Each test & counseling costs Rs. 1,500.00 and Masonic Lodge conducted it 100% free of cost. After the test everyone was served tea / coffee & biscuits. After the reports were given, free counseling was conducted by BHIRC in the premises of Masonic Lodge . 10 technicians were involved to draw blood, 35 brethren were on their toes to attend all patients and their wives whole heartedly offered their assistance for the entire period.

Eye Check up & Free Spectable Distribution Camp
15/06/08

On 15/06/08 TLL No. 43 conducted Eye Checkup Camp to celebrate Universal Brotherhood day a little earlier due to forecast of heavy rains.

121 patients were checked by our own Bro. Dr. Bibhas Shah with Dr. Fakri. Free spectacles were distributed to 62 persons. Eye drops were given to all patients who needed the same.

Treasure Hunt & Quiz Competition
22nd June 2008

W.Bro. Bharat Shah & Harish Shah, entertained our brethren & their families with their phenomenal Treasure and Quiz competition. Such activities is a tree to fellowship. 90 persons including brethren participated in this event.
